This is definitely a good, informative video and would love to learn more. Thank you for taking the time and putting some real useful knowledge out there. I love your channel, I don’t comment, at least I can’t think of making any comments, but I’ve actually watched almost all of your videos. I truly feel that if you need to, or want to do sponsorship, go for it. I don’t see how anyone can complain about someone making extra money for a min or two of their watch time. If you truly support that person your following, then you would want them to do what they need to do to make a living.

Ever since UA-cam started to censor, delete comments from anyone speaking truth about the whole convid thing shall we say, I've noticed that it's gone down hill.

Hi Gaz please don’t quit, me and our lass love your honest sense of humour and fendi. We also watch Blot outdoors and he reckons he makes more money doing stealth camping than wild camping, maybe something to look into

In sweden we arent allowed anything for protection as you can in us for example. No gun, no knife, no pepparspray (unless you have a license). What we have thats allowed is whistles/alarm and a kind of colour spray.. so if something would happen while camping, if i use the "camping-knife", i would get fined or jail (6 months- 2 years depending on size and situation).. just for having it with me. Imagine if i had to use it🥲

Unfortunately, bitterness, jealousy, and drama between content creators aren't limited to the wild camping community. I watch a lot of true crime channels, and it's there, too. Social media emboldens people to express nastiness and hate in comments because it's almost like being anonymous. I hope you don't quit, but I totally get how you feel. Maybe you can take a break from UA-cam to decompress and rejuvenate? No matter what you decide, just know that you created a genuine and heartfelt wild camping channel with no motivation other than sharing how wonderful it is to go out camping in nature. Be proud of that! 💜

Obviously I don't want you to tell me where this place is, but it must be pretty close to "civilisation". And you have to wonder where these homeless people are set up... maybe only a mile or 2 away? I know you like that place and have put some effort into improving it, but there's more and more people in Britain and crime is rising along with it. Camping alone on the outskirts of towns is probably getting too risky. You need to get right away from civilisation or camp with a mate is what I'm thinking.

I think what UA-cam is doing is pushing some channels to the back so their views will go down, forcing them to get a Patreon system. That way, UA-cam pays less and we the people pay more. I could be wrong but the idea that UA-cam would be as dirty as any other company is not far off. What I hate is arrogance and that is not you. You are great but there are two big channels that I just gave up. One is American and he reviews gear. The other is from New Zealand and he smokes cigars. Those guys are so arrogant I just can't look directly at them. What people like about you, Griz.....is you!
